Search continues for automobile of interest in murder case

MERIDIAN, MS (KPLC) - The search continues for the 2000 blue Ford Explorer that could be connected to the murders of four people at Fairview Trailer Park on Monday.

Neighbors tell police that the Explorer was seen at the home often, and investigators say its whereabouts are critical to the investigation.

Authorities in Mississippi say it was once registered to someone in Meridian, Mississippi, but has since been sold.

KPLC's Lee Peck is currently in Meridian, and on Wednesday he went to the home of the former owner to find out who he sold the SUV to.
