Gunfire leads to attempted murder charge in Lacassine

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - A man is charged with attempted 2nd degree murder after allegedly firing a gun through the door of a residence in Lacassine. Nobody was injured.

The Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's Office says the incident began with a dispute between a man and his employers.

28-year-old Michael Littlejohn was arrested and charged with attempted 2nd degree murder. 28-year-old Sonja Littlejohn was charged with principal to attempted 2nd degree murder and simple battery. At last word, no bond has been set.
