LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Lake Charles fire officials are investigating a suspected arson of an abandoned trailer. It happened off 6th Avenue. Fire fighters say they got the call at 10:04 Monday night.  A total of seven trucks responded. Once on the scene the trailer was fully engulfed, but before they could get to work fire fighters had to break a locked gate to get onto the property.

The trailer was vacant, leading them to believe it was arson, however at this time the fire remains under investigation.
