Keith Henson Named Vice President of Casino Operations and Assistant General Manager at L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort
LAKE CHARLES, La. —L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort, a premier hotel and casino resort located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, announces the appointment of Keith W. Henson to the position of Vice President of Casino Operations and Assistant General Manager. Henson will oversee all gaming operations for the property which includes Louisiana's leading casino featuring 63 table games and 1,600 slot machines; he will also manage casino beverage operations for the expansive gaming operation. Henson will report to Senior Vice President and General Manager Geno Iafrate.
Henson joined Pinnacle Entertainment in 1997 and has excelled in a variety of challenging positions, most recently as a President's Associate managing special projects for Pinnacle CEO Anthony Sanfilippo. Previously, Henson was Senior Director of Human Resources at L'Auberge and part of the property's key opening team for its flagship resort operation. In that role, he designed and implemented the successful Ladies and Gents of L'Auberge program, which is beverage service with an entertainment component.
Henson's extensive gaming experience includes positions as corporate Vice President of Casino Operations and corporate Vice President of Relationship Marketing for Pinnacle. He began his career with Pinnacle at Boomtown Hotel & Casino in Reno, Nevada where he held a variety of positions ranging from Dealer to Slot Attendant to Senior Director of Marketing and Slot Operations. Henson gained valuable insights into the racetrack industry working in a variety of positions at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack & Casino in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico; including Director of Casino Operations.
