BEAUREGARD PARISH, LA (KPLC) - Two people who reportedly ran from a meth lab bust in Sugartown back in May were arrested on Monday.

Thomas Brister, 41, and Tammy Brister, 44, were both arrested on Monday afternoon.

You may remember back at the end of May when authorities raided a meth lab in Sugartown. At the time, three people reportedly ran from the scene.

42-year-old Milford Eastwood turned himself in to authorities within days after the incident happened. The Brister's were originally identified as the other two people who ran.

Both Brister's were charged with possession of methamphetamine, criminal conspiracy and creation or operation of a clandestine lab.

The two were processed into the Beauregard Parish Jail. Bond was set at $240,000 for each of them.
