Lake Charles city council meeting

By Adam Hooper - bio | email

LAKE CHARLES (KPLC) - Now that the Lake Charles City Council has seen the proposed plans for downtown development at tract 1A, they are expected to vote on whether or not to give Cypress Group the green light.

Also at tonight's meeting, the council will hear a proposition to amend an ordinance. The plan would be to revise the rules on unauthorized crossings of barricades used during city events, and prescribing penalties for the violation.

For more on this tune in tonight for Nightcast.
