Pinnacle execs to address state Gaming Control Board

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - The economic cutbacks that forced Pinnacle Entertainment to cancel the Sugarcane Bay project will be the topic at a meeting with the Louisiana Gaming Control Board today.

The board will hear from Pinnacle executives about why they pulled the plug.

They may also talk about what happens next to the casino license that Pinnacle has already surrendered.
