LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -  Shawn Eric LeBrun is facing a 4th offense DWI. According to court documents LeBrun has been convicted of DWI twice before. The first time in December 2004 and in April 2006, his third offense is still pending.

    Nationally, according to the FBI, only 64% of homicide cases are solved but the Lake Charles Police Department has had only two cold cases since 2001.
