SULPHUR, LA (KPLC) - Sulphur Police say that around 4:30 am this morning there was an armed robbery at the Circle K at 2060 Ruth St. in Sulphur.

No one was injured in the robbery, and police say that a customer interfered with the incident so nothing was taken.

The suspect revealed a gun to the Circle K employee, but was apparently frightened when a customer entered the store, and proceeded to flee the scene.

The police do have video of the robbery, but do not know the suspect's identity.

They do know that the suspect is around 5'8" to 5'10",  has bleached blonde hair and was wearing a blue bandana when he entered the store.

Sulphur Police are hoping to move on this case quickly, and ask that anyone with information about this robbery please call the Detective Division at 527-4550.
