LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - The New Orleans Saints lost their third straight game today, falling to the Carolina Panthers 23-10.

In a game where the Saints sat many of their starters, including Pro Bowlers Drew Brees and Darren Sharper, the team never seemed to click.

The offense only managed 213 yards, and the Saints fell down 23-3, until Lynell Hamilton scored late in the 3rd quarter.

The Saints will get next week off to prepare for whoever their opponent is in the Divisional round of the playoffs.

New Orleans finished the season 13-3 and as NFC South Champions.
