By Michael Addison -  email

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Seven News has learned Tuesday morning that a second suspect in a rape case under investigation at McNeese State University is no longer behind bars.

Officials say Andre Frank bonded out of jail Monday on a $200,000 bond.

We're told another suspect, Ivan Howard, bonded out of jail on Sunday on a $25,000 bond.

A third suspect, Anthony Moore, remains in jail. His bond is $200,000 dollars.

All three are facing rape charges.

McNeese Police Chief Cinnamon Salvador says they were invited guests into the residence hall where the alleged rape is said to have occurred.
