Lake Charles City Council approves Firefighters Contract

Wednesday night the long running saga of the Lake Charles Firefighters contract dispute ended, at least for now. The City Council approved a one year contract. Mayor Randy Roach says in that year the city will look at the issues surrounding the contract dispute including overtime. The mayor also told 7 News how the economy looks in a year could impact the next contract negotiaton.
