L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort Names April Five Star Employees; Recognized for Exemplary Customer Service at Award Winning Resort

Janice Broussard honored as Employee of the Month

LAKE CHARLES, La. - L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort, an award winning luxury Texas Hill Country-themed resort in Lake Charles, La., today announced its April Five Star Employees and Employee of the Month.

The April Five Stars are: Pannee Keene, a buffet cook; Mike Tran, an engineer; Donna Courts, a revenue auditor; Ten-Chie Delande, a banquets cook; Janice Broussard, a casino host; and Yolanda Washington, a slot floorperson.

Janice Broussard was also designated as the April Employee of the Month and is now eligible to receive the coveted Employee of the Year award. Broussard joined L'Auberge in April 2005 as a member of the resorts opening team. The Lake Charles native graduated from St. Charles Academy. Broussard has never missed a day of work.

Five Star employees are recognized monthly for their exceptional service skills. All of these employees went to great lengths to uphold L'Auberge's quality and image as the most successful and respected entertainment destination in the South.

In recognition for their hard work, the employees receive a substantial cash prize, a personalized L'Auberge gift, a month of VIP parking and gift certificates. The employees received their awards on May 22 at a Recognition Luncheon with L'Auberge Vice President and General Manager Larry Lepinski and members of the L'Auberge senior management team. Each honored employee invites one guest to the luncheon to share in their honors with a custom luncheon menu and other surprises as they are personally recognized for their outstanding achievements.
