GiGi's Fitness will be giving a free Tai Chi class at Prien Lake Park this Saturday, April 25 at 9:00 a.m. The class is open to the public and will be taught by instructor, Wayne Oliver, certified personal trainer, and martial artist
Tai Chi is considered meditation in motion. It restores balance and flexibility, tones muscles, and calms your mind.
The session should last about one hour and is an introductory level that is appropriate for beginners.
Participants do not need to bring anything, but are encouraged to dress comfortably.
