The next set of Speed Training Classes at the GiGi's Training Center will begin April 20 and go through May 14. The sessions offer young athletes sport-specific speed training skills for ages 7-18 years and enhance agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Classes are divided by age group:
- 7-9 years: Mon. & Wed., 3:40-4:40 p.m.
- 10-13 years: Tues & Thurs., 3:40-4:40 p.m.
- 14-18 years: Tues. & Thurs., 4:45 - 5:45 p.m.
