You can help Santa's elves make Christmas a little merrier for families in need this holiday season by donating to KPLC's Community Christmas.

There's no need to fly to the North Pole to help out.  Just drop off toys and/or non-perishable food in our brightly painted boxes at all area Wal*Mart and Market Basket stores. You can also donate gifts at KPLC-TV between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

Toys:
We need gifts for children 1 year of age thru 12 years of age
Dolls, board games, sports equipment, remote controlled cars, batteries, any item a child would enjoy.

Food items:
Macaroni and cheese, cornbread mix, rice, canned vegetables, cake mixes, icing, any non-perishable item suitable for a Christmas dinner.

Checks can be made out to:
KPLC's Community Christmas
320 Division Street
Lake Charles, LA 70601

KPLC's Community Christmas is part of a partnership with the American Red Cross and the Managan Recreation Center.
