LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Lake Charles Police are searching for a man who reportedly fired shots into a vehicle just before noon on Friday. The car had three people, including two infants, inside.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, which happened in the parking lot of The Buggy Wash on Highway 14.
The alleged shooter - 19-year-old Robert Jordan Handy - fled the scene in a red GMC Sierra pickup truck, and he is still on the loose.
