According to the Jeff Davis sheriff's office, two arrests have been made in connection to the murder of Kristen Gary Lopez.
Frankie Richard, of Jennings, was arrested Monday night and Hannah Conner, also of Jennings, was arrested this morning in Vermilion Parish.
The investigation is ongoing and investigators are still looking at the similarities of other deaths in Jeff Davis parish. Four women have been found over the last 2 years on rural roads in the parish.
Officials say Richard has been interviewed in 3 of the 4 deaths. He was seen with 3 of the victims during the last days of their lives. It has not been determined if any of the deaths are connected.
