The city of Lake Charles needs people to volunteer as attendants to help give educational tours for school field trips to the upcoming exhibit, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.
The field trips will be from 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, beginning Oct. 12 and running through Jan. 6. Docents can sign up for two-hour blocks of time on days of their choice.
There will be a training meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2nd on the first floor of the historic 1911 City Hall.

The Titanic exhibit will be open to the public Oct. 6-Jan. 6.
Gallery hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 am - 8 pm and on Sundays from noon to 6 pm. Tickets will be available beginning Friday, Sept. 28, at www.titanictix.com and in the Titanic gift shop at the exhibit beginning Oct. 6.
