According to law enforcement in Sulphur a man who had a court appearance this afternoon, allegedly ran out of the courthouse in such distress that some schools were put on lockdown.

They say schools located near the courthouse building were put on lockdown, including Sulphur High. Sulphur law enforcement says they apprehended the man early this afternoon.

Currently the lockdown is over. We'll have more details on 7News Live at Five.
