Fremont, OH -

FREMONT, OH (CNN) – Shoppers at an Ohio Walmart received something extra with their bargains this week when a man distributed photos of himself in women's clothing.

Police said he distributed pictures of himself in and around the store.

"He mentioned once he leaves work, he changes into women's clothing and drives home dressed as a woman," Det. Jason Kiddey said.

Police said Rodney Kunkel's routine turned criminal at least twice this week after leaving his job. Kunkel printed 58 copies of a picture wearing only nylons, high heels and a pink T-shirt that went down to his navel.

Police said he put the photos on at least six cars at Walmart and three more in the cosmetics department.

"I think he's a pervert," said shopper Tom Lamb. "I just got back from Mardi Gras and you don't see that down there."

Kunkel has been convicted on at least eight other public indecencies.

In 2004, he was standing next to his bicycle naked, exposing his genitals and gazing at a mother and her 19-year-old daughter at their apartment complex.

"Just for shock value, possibly even self gratification," Kiddey said.

Kunkel could face up to two years in jail.
