According to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office a shooting happened on West Telephone Road in Moss Bluff. Two victims were taken to a local hospital and their condition is currently unknown.
According to the CPSO, deputies arrived on the scene to find Barry W. Thomas lying on the ground with a gun pointed at a mobile home. Investigators discovered two people inside the mobile home had been shot.
Meanwhile, Thomas is in custody for questioning about the incident.
