Donate to rebuild the Children's Museum

The Children's Museum caught on fire early Wednesday morning, April 22nd, damaging all of the exhibits on the first floor of the building.

You can make donations to help the Children's Museum recover from this devastating loss by sending a donation directly to the museum at 327 Broad Street or by donating at any branch of Cameron State Bank.

Although, the museum does have insurance, it won't be enough to cover the high cost of rebuilding the exhibits on the first floor. Most of them will have to be completely rebuilt, especially since they were designed to hold up to children's constant hands on usage.

Phones at the museum will not be working right away, but if you need more information on helping the museum recover you can call Children's Museum Board Member, Mari Wilson at 437-7531.
