CPSO asking for public’s help in identifying theft suspects

STARKS, LA (KPLC) - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying two men accused of theft, according to Kim Myers with the Sheriff’s Office. The theft occurred at a business in Starks between Jan. 18-Jan. 20 On Hwy 12.

The suspects were caught on surveillance cameras which showed the faces of the two suspects as well as the vehicle they were driving.

The vehicle is described as a small, dark, 4 door car. A battery from a generator, valued at $200, was stolen from the business and it is believed the suspects attempted to steal several other batteries out of construction equipment but failed, Myers said.
