LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Louisiana State Police report that troopers have arrested a Prairieville man for his fourth DWI offense early this morning.
State Police say that around 12:00 a.m. a State Trooper noticed a pickup truck along Hwy 108 veering into the opposite lane, straddling the center yellow line, and striking the curb several times.
The truck was stopped and upon speaking to the driver, Ryan J. Lindeau, 29, it became obvious he was impaired.
The driver was arrested and transported to State Police Troop D for processing where a breath sample revealed he had a blood alcohol content of over two times the legal limit.
Lindeau has been charged with fourth offense DWI and has been booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.
